Bible Training
A number of organizations provide free Bible School training over the Internet. This is very important for national workers. You can get CDs from a number of Bible schools that have entire courses that you can take for credit or simply for your own edification. Many national workers do not have enough finances to recieve proper training, but yet they are called to be pastors and missionaries. Most of the time they simply go, trusting the Lord for the words to say and the insight they need. But they all love the opportunity to read up on theology, to understand the movements (like health-wealth, mormonism, etc) that are working their way around the world, and to compare their understanding with that of the greater church.
